ID:392846BRDepartment Overview:The Specialized HR Manager, in
support of the Benefits & Retirement Workstream for the First
Horizon and Cowen integrations, will manage the retirement program
integration deliverables; support changes to governance structures
and plan design; ensure regulatory and legislative compliance; and
be responsible for communications and change management
initiatives.1) Consult with workstream integration lead and project
team stakeholders on approach and timing of key events2) Organize
and track all deliverables, required decisions and update risk log
for the Retirement Portfolio3) Coordinate and lead integration
discussions with consultants, key vendor partners and other
internal stakeholders, as needed4) Liaison between key stakeholders
as it relates to the project, i.e. Finance, Treasury & Balance
Sheet Management, HRIS etc.5) Define the legal and compliance
requirements related to the integration of the retirement programs,
including retention and accessibility of historical data6) Manage
special projects and enhanced volume deliverables requested by new
plan fiduciaries7) Support FH project team with set up and
oversight of new and existing Committees8) Oversee analysis of
nonqualified plans; outlining considerations and opportunities for
streamlining existing and acquired plans.9) Coordinate
implementation of vendor compliance and controls with Planning and
Governance team10) Draft process documents and communications;
