• Lead the corporate finance team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership for informed decision-making. What you'll need to succeed as a Controller:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
