financial services, as an Associate Product Manager in our
Corporate Finance - Financial Analysis - P&A Innovation and
Transformation team. We're seeking team members with a unique blend
of business and technical knowledge to help us redefine forecasting
solutions. As a Product Manager, you'll develop roadmaps, manage
project delivery, and maintain relationships across the firm.
You'll also work closely with Corporate Technology and other lines
of business to ensure quality solution delivery. This role offers

within the P&A Innovation and Transformation Team, you will be
responsible for defining and launching the next generation of
forecasting solutions and capabilities. You will work closely with
various teams across the firm to ensure the delivery of
high-quality solutions, while also maintaining relationships and
managing day-to-day project delivery. This role provides an
opportunity to innovate and promote change within a leading
financial institution. Job responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and
lead process improvements/change management, Implement and manage
reporting tools to track product performance and generate
actionable insights. Analyze what customers need and want, use
prioritization techniques to determine which features or products
would meet those demands. Partner with peers and product managers
across Financial Analysis, with Technology counterparts, and with
LoB stakeholders across the firm. Develop a communications strategy
to market the product and provide training and support to internal
teams and end-users on new product features and updates. Document
requirements and lead backlog refinement sessions by breaking Epics
down into user stories. Support triaging and issue resolution to
meet end user’s needs before ultimately operationalizing them for
handoff to BAU support for areas of the product that you own.
Provide on-time and accurate reporting, as well as ongoing updates
to all project team members and notify all stakeholders of any
shifting priority upfront to allow for informed decision making.

capabilities, and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance,
Mathematics, Engineering or related majors Demonstrated experience
with agile product planning, issue resolution and negotiation
Experience developing and designing financial analysis tools such
as: FP&A/Forecasting, Finance Workflow/Automation, Financial
Reporting, Analytics/Dashboarding Data analysis experience with a
passion for technology Superior verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels
of management and staff Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, and
ability to work in a fast-moving environment Must be detail
oriented and maintain professional behavior under stressful
situations Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 3
years of finance and overall business management experience in a
complex financial organization; Finance, Transformations and
Planning & Analysis experience preferred Knowledge of and/or
experience using programming and query languages (e.g., SQL,
Python), as well as experience leveraging tools such as Databricks,
Alteryx, Tableau Experience using UX Design Tools (e.g., Balsamiq)
a plus Experience working with AI/ML platforms Experience working
with Forecasting models & regulatory reporting Possess project
management skills, including ability to develop project plans,
roadmaps, and status reports with proficiency in project management
