Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for executives, guests, and callers, delivering a polished and professional experience Manage executive calendars, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings Handle high-volume phone calls, emails, and correspondence; route inquiries Maintain and order supplies Monitor office flow and ensure reception and executive areas are well-organized and presentable ?
