Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager with
experience in commercial interiors to support high-end projects
throughout New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to grow
within a well-established, respected construction firm with a
dynamic team culture. Client Details Our client is a leading
general contractor specializing in interior commercial construction
across various sectors including corporate, law, media, and retail.
Known for their collaborative approach and attention to detail,
they have consistently delivered complex, high-end projects for
some of NYC's most prominent tenants and landlords. Description
Assist the Project Manager in managing daily project operations,
from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors,
vendors, and deliveries to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain project documentation, RFI logs, submittals, and meeting
minutes Support in budgeting, scheduling, and procurement processes
Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and assist with quality control and
safety protocols Communicate with clients, architects, and
consultants throughout the project lifecycle Profile 2-5 years of
experience supporting commercial interior projects in NYC Strong
working knowledge of construction documents, trades, and NYC
building regulations Excellent communication and organizational
skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore,
Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) A proactive mindset with a passion for
