Job Description A leading luxury residential builder is now
recruiting an experienced Superintendent to take charge of a
landmark 10-year custom homes development in the Fairfield area
offering long-term stability, career growth and the chance to build
at the highest level of craft. What You’ll Do: Lead all field
operations on site: daily supervision of crews, subcontractors and
onsite logistics Ensure the finest craftsmanship, schedule
accuracy, safety adherence and budget control Manage complex custom
home builds across the development, maintaining quality and
homeowner satisfaction Partner closely with project leadership and
design teams to deliver turnkey residences that reflect a
commitment to craft, comfort & style Dealing with home owners
during and after completion. Managing projects which value between
$4million-$10million. What You Bring: ? Proven experience as a
Superintendent on luxury custom-home developments (or Medical, High
Rises, Condos) ? Track record overseeing multiple homes and
managing high standards of craftsmanship ? Strong leadership,
communication, scheduling and quality-control skills ? A passion
for building environments that reflect lifestyle, comfort, and
