Job Description:
Encon Heating & AC seeks a Senior Plumber specialized in Heating
and Air Conditioning to manage and execute HVAC installations and
repairs. Founded on the principles of reliability and expertise,

our banner is capable of diagnosing, maintaining, and enhancing the
performance of HVAC systems with precision and efficiency. As a
Senior Plumber, you will lead our skilled labor team in providing
exemplary services to maintain indoor climate control needs that
meet the high standards our customers expect. Diagnose and repair
HVAC systems including heaters, air conditioners, and ventilation
units. Install new HVAC systems, ensuring optimal configuration and
integration with existing plumbing and electrical systems. Perform
routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, identifying potential issues
before they result in system failures. Manage and mentor junior
plumbing staff, promoting a culture of learning and professional
excellence. Ensure all installations and repairs meet local, state,
and federal regulations and building codes. Prepare and present
detailed job reports and cost estimates. Provide exceptional
customer service, explaining complex technical issues to clients in
an understandable manner. Profound knowledge of HVAC and plumbing
systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using plumbing and HVAC tools and diagnostic
equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical
diagrams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on training and development.

401k Valid plumbing license. EPA Section 608 Certification for
handling refrigerants. Certification from organizations such as the
American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) or similar is
advantageous.
