Locations: VA - Richmond, United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaPlatform Engineer (Varicent)We are seeking a highly creative and intellectually curious Platform Engineer to be instrumental in contributing to Capital Ones Human Resources tools and infrastructure. In this role, you will work independently and collaborate across multiple teams to accomplish organizational goals. You will be part of a team that specializes in building and maintaining systems that enable Capital Ones internal associates to become more productive and achieve their personal and professional goals. As part of an HR Tech team thats leading the next wave of technology modernization, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital Ones engineering and operational excellence.The person we are looking for:

• Ability to create solutions on the Incentive Compensation platform via configuration
• Adept at performing business analysis and problem solving and has ability to think through problems creatively
• Ability to integrate disparate systems with Varicent
• Ensure Varicent best practices are followed during development of Incentive Compensation solutions
• Has a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in everything delivered
• Has a sense of intellectual curiosity and a burning desire to learn
• Is self-driven, actively looking for ways to contribute, and knows how to get things done
• Isnt afraid to innovate and challenge the status quo
• Has great communication and problem solving capabilities
• Values the team over selfBasic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Incentive Compensation Modeling using Varicent
  • At least 2 years of experience with Sales Performance Management Platform services using Varicent
  • At least 2 years of experience using SQL Server Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation Modeling using Varicent
    • 3+ years of experience with Sales Performance Management Platform services using Varicent
    • 3+ years of experience using SQL Server
