in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The R&D Engineer (Medical Devices) would

(Medical Devices) Compensation The pay for this position is $61.38
per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90
days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and
short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is
available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our
eligibility dates R&D Engineer (Medical Devices) Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on
permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is standard day shift
hours, 40 hours per week R&D Engineer (Medical Devices)
Responsibilities Provide solid engineering support for the design
and development of new and existing medical devices Support
existing products through quality improvements, manufacturing
support, supply continuity, and cost reductions Participate in
technical and cross-functional projects Conduct customer and market
research through interviews, observations, and prototype
evaluations Translate user needs into engineering specifications
and product requirements Engineer robust, manufacturable designs by
applying core engineering principles Develop and execute detailed
test methods and perform data analysis Write technical reports
summarizing design verification and validation activities Ensure
compliance with company and regulatory quality and safety standards
R&D Engineer (Medical Devices) Requirements Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred) 2???4 years of
engineering experience , preferably in the medical device industry
Proficiency with statistical tools and data analysis Attendance is
mandatory for the first 90 days R&D Engineer (Medical Devices)
Preferred Qualifications Experience with design verification, test
method development, and cross-functional R&D projects
Background in a regulated industry such as FDA or ISO-compliant
