Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Lead
Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our client’s team in
Brooklyn, NY , specializing in the maintenance, troubleshooting,
and repair of a wide range of commercial HVAC systems . This role
requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a

driving growth and success year after year. What You’ll Do: Perform
preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial
HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, water source heat pumps,
cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps,
and VAVs Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
accurately Deliver excellent customer service while addressing
client needs Apply problem?solving skills to diagnose and resolve
issues efficiently Maintain strong organization and attention to
detail Work efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize
downtime Carry and climb ladders up to 40 feet Participate in
after?hours on?call rotation What We’re Looking For: 8 years of
commercial HVAC Service Technician experience High School diploma
or GED required; technical school education preferred EPA
certification required Valid driver’s license Must pass drug test
and background check OSHA certification a plus (not required)
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: climbing, carrying
75 lbs , bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, working at heights
and in confined spaces What’s Offered: Competitive pay: $52–$62/hr
