Aftermarket Sales ManagerAt Clean Air Group, we help air make an impact. We bring a multi-product portfolio including technology options such as bi-polar ionization, Ultraviolet-C (UVC), HEPA Filtration, and other full-service solutions for air purification.Clean Air Group is the indoor air purification technology portfolio parent of the AtmosAir and Bioclimatic brands.We are continuing our portfolio growth and as a result are in need of an Aftermarket Sales Manager.Our Aftermarket Sales Manager role is integral to our overall business in how we serve our customers with the highest level of account and relationship management to provide continuity in delivering the best solution to our customers. This role requires a self-motivated and driven candidate who possesses exceptional organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and experience managing multiple customers in an account and/or territorial environment. This role demands great people skills, new business development capabilities and passion in providing our customers with the best solutions and services. Working hand in hand with the sales team and manufacturer's representative channel is a critical function for this role to ensure streamlined delivery for Clean Air Group customers.Essential Functions-- - P&L responsibility for a highly profitable and high growth aftermarket business.-- - Build a sustainable and effective platform for maximizing aftermarket profitability.-- - Develop and/or strengthen long lasting relationships calling on strategic accounts, end users, contractors, and in-direct channel to market in the HVAC sector.-- - Develop new prospects, forecast sales, expand client base, consistently achieve and/or exceed quotas, and develop "out of the box"-- - sales/product strategies.-- - Delegate tasks based on customer needs to direct report(s) best positioned to complete them.-- - Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to remain educated of the latest developments in the HVAC market.-- - Communicate with sales team and operations team members to maintain customer continuity.-- - Update customer information in the project management database (CRM) during and after each call or project change.-- - Work with the executive management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.-- - Impact the company's bottom line by providing the best problem-solving solutions for increased revenue and profitability.-- - Thrive in a continuous improvement atmosphere by understanding and meeting key performance indictors (KPIs).-- - Aftermarket Sales Manager will oversee vendor activities and supervise the activities of a sales associate.Minimum Qualifications-- - 7+ years of Industry or related sales experience managing aftermarket services and solution sales. Supervisory experience will be important-- - Bachelor's degree.-- - Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal as well as written to effectively interface with management, employees and customer base.-- - Strong time management skills.-- - Company/product presentation experience.-- - Understands project submittals, technical prints, and specifications.-- - Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office programs; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint-- - Familiar with navigation of ERP software for sales territory reporting.-- - Ability to always remain professional with customers.Work Environment: -- - The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
