Job Summary
The Program Manager position holds a key role within Advancement
Services and Administration. Reporting to the Associate Vice
President, this position will work collaboratively with peers and
stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Program Manager will implement project management methodologies
and best practices, develop process improvement strategies, and
improve internal/external communication with key stakeholders. This
position will also manage complex projects and matrixed work teams,
as well as lead prioritization efforts for the department.
