As a Supply Chain Finance Product Manager in Trade and Working Capital, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to launch a product, you guide successful launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value, leveraging regional opportunities and addressing challenges, with long-term growth in mind.
  
• Conduct discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions, integrating insights into the product roadmap to ensure industry-leading capabilities.
  
• Manage and develop a product backlog supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition, considering market dynamics and regulatory impacts.
  
• Oversee P&L, including revenue delivery, expense management, and product profitability initiatives.
  
• Collaborate globally to design and execute the full product lifecycle, incorporating regional insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, in partnership with Technology and other teams.
  
• Lead expansion efforts into new markets and currencies, ensuring global capabilities are industry-leading.
  
• Provide product leadership and regional guidance, including updates on market trends and regulatory changes affecting SCF.
  
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure products meet jurisdictional requirements.
  
  Required Qualifications and Skills
  

• 
  
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance or Structured Working Capital from a Product Management perspective.
  
• Advanced knowledge of product development, design, and data analytics.
  
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Finance products, operations, legal aspects, and financials.
  
• Proven stakeholder management skills across legal, compliance, risk, and external partners.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex decisions.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Experience in highly matrixed, complex organizations.
    
  • Knowledge of North American, Canadian, and Latin American markets.
