Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Coordinating daily workflow and production schedules Leading, supervising, and supporting production staff Operating offset and digital presses, as well as bindery equipment Placing stock/materials orders and maintaining inventory Collaborating with the graphics department to ensure timely delivery of artwork Monitoring quality control and making real-time production adjustments Upholding and enforcing safety protocols across the production floor Troubleshooting and resolving equipment or workflow issues as they arise What We're Looking For You're a natural leader who brings energy, organization, and reliability to the floor. You don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves and jumping into the work. Qualifications: 5+ years of production management experience in a print environment Strong working knowledge of offset/digital printing equipment and materials Proven ability to lead teams and optimize productivity Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting tight deadlines Ready to Lead with Purpose?
