Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties.Job DescriptionDemonstrates clinical competence performing infusion treatments by utilizing the nursing process and the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) Standards of Care. Establishes trusting patient relationships to develop individualized plan of care. Provides holistic teaching and ensures understanding of infusion treatments. Continually evaluates the plan of care provided and identifying the appropriate problems/needs to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Current Connecticut RN License required. Two years of infusion or acute care setting--experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting.Chemotherapy/ Immunotherapy Certificate required to be obtained within 18 months.EPIC experience preferred.
