The PT hired will work 100% of their caseload at an outpatient clinic setting in Fairfield.Physical Therapists at Sport & Orthopaedic Physical Therapy by Paddy Jarit enjoy treatment autonomy, mentorship and support to perform quality patient care. Join a team of highly skilled PTs who share your passion for the field. It's time to love where you work! Short-term housing is available if relocating to the area. Managerial and ownership paths are available but it is not a requirement. Work Schedule:The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7am until 8pm.Most PTs on staff work the afternoon shift two days a week. Additional Hours are available on Saturday morning, but it is not required to work weekends. The actual work schedule will be mutually determined later in the process. Closed holidays. You will enjoy excellent work / life balance within this position!PTs typically see about 8-12 patients per day. Patients are seen one-on-one. Evals are 1 hour and most patients are scheduled 40+ minutes for follow-up. Caseload:The caseload is outpatient orthopedics including 30-40% sports. Manual therapy, functionally based progressions, and home program compliance are integral to the clinic's philosophy of successful patient care.Job Requirements:
