Cardiology opening in Fairfield, Connecticut. AFC Urgent Care- Fairfield

• Full Time
• Hours: Work a minimum of 12-hour shifts 14 days per month; Additional shifts available for increased income; Clinic is open Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Responsibilities: - To provide high-quality patient care - Manage all patient care while on shift - Ensure all charts are filled out and medical records are completed using EMR system - Administer common medications for urgent care patients Working Conditions: - Fast-paced, deadline-oriented clinical office environment - PAs supported by highly-trained medical staff - State-of-the-art facilities and equipment - On-site digital X-ray - On-site CLIA waived laboratory - EMR system Qualifications: - 2 years of clinical practice experience required - Must be able to see ages 3 months and up - Active and current DEA number - Experience with EMR systems - Experience with providing Workers' Compensation services preferred - Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory
