AFC Urgent Care- Fairfield

Full Time
Hours: 12-hour shifts 3 or 4 days/week, 14 shifts every 4 weeks
Employed
Sign-On Bonus: $2500
Compensation: Starting at $250,000 + profit sharing
Benefits: - Full Benefits- Medical, dental, and vision paid for employee- Profit-Sharing- 401k- 2 weeks PTO (increases to 3 after first 12 months)- 1 week CME with a $3,000 stipend- 100% Paid Malpractice Insurance- $2,500 relocation assistance
