AFC Urgent Care- Fairfield

• Full Time
• Hours: 12-hour shifts 3 days per week; 12 shifts every 4 weeks with 2 shifts protected for admin work
• Employed
• Sign-On Bonus: $2500
• Compensation: $250,000 - $275,000 plus volume based incentives
