Job Title: Speech Language PathologistCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Fairfield, California.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a SNF/LTC setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a SNF/LTC setting
