Job Description:

FlexStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, a physical, occupational and hand therapy provider in the Northeast. A PT Degree and a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut is required.
*New grads and candidates pending their exam are welcome to apply.*
This is a full-time, direct hire position in the locations of Ridgefield and Stamford, Connecticut. *7AM-3PM / 12PM-8PM rotating shifts throughout Mon-Fri. Weekend Work available if interested.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
-Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
-Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
-Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
-Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
-Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
-Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
-Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut
-New grads welcome
-Will consider candidates pending exam
