Job Description & Responsibilities - Herkimer Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication, and patient involvement.
Traditional outpatient practice, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM No OBGenerative AI Scribes are offered to all Primary Care Physicians to help decrease time and stress associated with notesInnovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers in baskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacationFully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical RecordA first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients.Salary Range: $320,000 - $374,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.Bassett offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.
