Qualifications Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan Pay Range per Visit: If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job for all areas other than Bronx, the hiring range is as follows: $70- $75 per visit. If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job for the Bronx, the hiring range is as follows: $90 - $95 per visit.
