OBGYN opening in VermontLocated in Brattleboro, VTFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join hospital. The practice consists of 4 ObGyn physicians, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives and one Nurse Practitioner. The hospital sees approximately 300 births per year, including VBACs. The Midwives and Nurse Practitioner provide most of the routine OB and well woman/person care. The ObGyn physician provides full scope obstetric and gynecologic care to people of all ages in the office setting as well as on call during off-hours. Call is back up to a Midwife who takes first call and handles routine vaginal deliveries and labor management, while also taking patient calls. Physician office visits consist of more complex OB and GYN consults and a large breadth of office procedures. 3-4 office days per week and call is 10 days for 1.0 FTE and 1:4 weekends. Location:Brattleboro is a progressive Vermont arts community, the market center for Windham County. Outdoor activities include biking, skiing, kayaking, hiking.
