A non-profit, 298-bed community teaching hospital in western Massachusetts is adding an ENT/Otolaryngology Physician. Our health system provides comprehensive medical care to the residents and visitors of the Berkshires region. About the Opportunity: Join our team of 3 ENT Physicians with Advanced Practice Provider support Routine procedures, as well as head and neck. Comprehensive ENT services, including in-office procedures. Subspecialty training is welcome Experience in allergy, chronic ear surgery, and endocrine surgery is a plus; however, it is not required. Compensation/Benefits: Hospital-employed position with a high base salary converting to an RVU production model $45k Relocation/signing bonus 7 weeks time off $4500 allowance for CME Location/Community: Enjoy year-round outdoor activities and world-class cultural venues.
