Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient vitals and adjust medical equipment as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment and recovery processes. Administer medications and maintain detailed patient records. Support patient admissions and discharges and execute critical care interventions. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Proficiency in using medical technologies and electronic health records. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
