Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Location: Greenwich, CT Agency: Care Career Pay: $2,424 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position As a registered hospice nurse, you have the special opportunity to provide one-on-one hospice and palliative care to terminally ill patients. In collaboration with a full hospice interdisciplinary team, your work will include the development and delivery of a patient specific care plan for the patient and caregivers.
