Job Description Job Description Rheumatologist (MD or DO) – Outpatient Long Island, NY (Multiple Locations) Full-Time & Part-Time Available Compensation: Open to Negotiation (Highly Competitive) Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient-only practice across multiple locations in Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island, NY . This role focuses on delivering comprehensive care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases in a supportive outpatient setting, offering excellent work-life balance , financial growth , and a partnership track . Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Manage a wide range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions, including: Rheumatoid arthritis Lupus Gout Vasculitis Scleroderma Ankylosing spondylitis Other musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders Interpret laboratory results and imaging studies related to rheumatologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans, including pharmacotherapy, biologics, and lifestyle modifications Monitor disease progression and treatment response through ongoing follow-up Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems Schedule & Work Environment 8-hour shifts 40 hours per week (Full-Time) In-person Strictly outpatient – no inpatient duties Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology Active or eligible New York State medical license Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in long-term growth and partnership opportunities Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation with productivity-based upside Pay: Open to negotiation Partnership track available Full-time and part-time options 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Malpractice insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Location Coverage Multiple outpatient locations across Long Island, NY , including: Babylon, NY 11703 Massapequa, NY 11758 Levittown, NY 11756 Coram, NY 11727 Plainview, NY 11803 Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
