Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. As a CNA, you will work directly under the supervision of nurses and other medical staff to deliver high-quality care to patients. This role requires a diligent, caring individual who can assist with daily patient activities, ensuring their comfort and supporting their recovery processes. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor patients' conditions by taking vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Ensure the comfort and safety of patients at all times. Facilitate the transportation of patients between their rooms and therapy or dining areas. Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and assist with some medical procedures as needed. Keep records of patient interactions and health details, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all reporting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Empathy and a caring nature to offer emotional support to patients and their families. Physical endurance, as the job may require standing for long periods and helping lift or support patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, or willingness to obtain.
