Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role involves assisting our residents with daily activities, supporting both their physical and emotional needs, and contributing to a positive and caring environment. Our CNAs are crucial in implementing comprehensive care plans customized for each resident's needs, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and care are met. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and using the restroom. Perform basic nursing duties like taking blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided. Support patient mobility, assisting with physical therapy exercises and transferring patients using appropriate equipment. Communicate effectively with residents, the healthcare team, and family members. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitary condition of resident living areas and communal spaces. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain patient confidentiality. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Basic technical skills to use healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required. CPR and First Aid certification are desirable.
