Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in delivering personalized physical therapy services under the supervision of qualified Physical Therapists, aiding patients in their recovery and rehabilitation efforts. Our commitment is to provide patient-centered therapy that adapts to the unique needs of each individual we serve, ensuring compassionate, professional, and effective care. Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans. Document patient progress and communicate findings with the therapy team. Educate patients and families on treatments and home exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Adhere to all facility, state, and federal regulations and ethical guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices Ability to handle physical demands of the role Proficiency in using therapy equipment and software for documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR certification
