Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred. Vestibular training is a plus. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1830. Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week. Department hours: Monday–Thursday 0700–2000, Friday 0700–1700; two evenings until 2000 are required. Position Type: Travel.
