Functions/Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in their
homes Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED,
required Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, required Minimum
Experience: 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification: NJ License in Occupational Therapy, required
BLS, preferred Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean
driving record, required.
