SALARY: $75k - $100k
LOCATION: Fairfield, CT

Creating an impact across a variety of sectors, they work with well-known brands such as Starbucks, Doritos, Coca-Cola, Pantene and Duracell.They are currently looking to grow their team and bring on a Consumer Insights Director to lead, plan, co-ordinate and execute multiple research projects and manage the day-to-day research-related tasks.KEY DUTIES

• Plan, manage and moderate qualitative research, including in-person ethnographies and one-on-one interviews, digital ethnographies, online bulletin boards, video diaries, focus groups & ideation sessions
• Define appropriate research objectives that are consistent with client/project objectives
• Plan, manage and facilitate qualitative and quantitative research using the appropriate tools with consideration to the project budgetSKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Have experience of developing client relationships and working closely with the new business team to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience of managing and leading end-to-end qualitative projects
