Job Description:
Recruiting Coordinator Position Summary Our client is seeking a
Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to their HR recruitment
team due to exponential company growth! Core Responsibilities Act
as liaison between recruiters and candidates during the recruitment
lifecycle Manage job postings across ATS and external job boards
(LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.) Support offer preparation,
background check initiation, and new hire processes Partner with
the Lead Recruiters to enhance recruitment workflows Work
cross-functionally to advance broader talent acquisition objectives
Contribute to special recruitment projects as needed Qualifications
& Attributes Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related
field); equivalent experience considered Prior Recruiting
experience is ideal (even if via internships) Experience with ATS
and or HRIS Exceptional organizational skills and attention to
detail Excellent communication skills Eager, adaptable, and willing
to learn on the fly!
