Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is a
service-oriented strategic partner. You will manage and execute the
full cycle recruitment process, collaborating with HR Business
Partners and hiring managers across the organization in order to
meet business objectives. Bring your resilience and adaptability to

role in achieving our hiring goals. This position is expected to be
hybrid. NYC Salary Range - $88,190 - $100,000 annually;
compensation is commensurate to geographic location. Regardless of

job offer, be responsible for a smooth and efficient end-to-end
hiring process Work closely with hiring managers to understand team
needs and build tailored recruitment strategies. Ensure a
consistent and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Engage in contingency and temporary assignment searches, and
maintain contractor agency fee agreements; ensure timely payment of
all related expenses Maintain a network of vendors to support and
enhance talent acquisition. Effectively manage vendor relationships
and coordinate with third-party providers Collaborate with HR
colleagues and hiring managers across the organization to
understand position requirements and stay abreast of current/future
hiring and business needs Actively participate in and plan
activities to promote and/or manage employer and talent brands in
partnership with HR and Marketing colleagues Execute, or contribute
to, assigned projects, activities and initiatives, with attention
to timely delivery, high quality work and collaboration Bachelor’s
degree, or some college coursework completed/equivalent experience,
and at least 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a
corporate environment Excellent interpersonal skills and a
commitment to service excellence Proficiency with applicant
tracking systems (e.g. iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to
take direction and manage multiple concurrent assignments Must be
well organized with strong time management skills Strong detail
orientation and coordination skills Intermediate MS Office
skills
