We are Optimum! Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Product
Development for Advanced Networking and Security, the Manager, B2B
Advanced Security Products will define, develop, evolve, and
deliver new products and features for Altice USA’s B2B products
(Secure Networking). The Manager is responsible for providing
oversight to a high performing team of engineers focused on
supporting infrastructure, systems, fulfillment and B2B services.
As a member of the Product Development leadership team, the Manager
will oversee external vendor relationships and coordinate with
internal operational groups to ensure optimal customer experiences
for B2B products. Responsibilities Develop and refine the Advanced
Network Security product roadmap, aligning it with the companys
overall strategic goals. Define product vision, goals, and KPIs to
guide product development efforts. Partner with business-oriented
product partners, as well as cross functional technical resources,
including product managers, engineers, designers, and other
relevant roles. Oversee the end-to-end product development process,
from idea generation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on
time and within budget. Work closely with cross-functional teams,
including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather input
and ensure product-market fit. Prioritize features, enhancements,
and bug fixes based on market demand and customer feedback. Manage
the entire product lifecycle, including product launch,
maintenance, and eventual retirement or replacement. Continuously
monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, making
data-driven decisions for improvements. Ensure that product
development activities align with revenue and profitability
targets. Effectively communicate the Advanced Security product
strategies, updates, and performance metrics to executive
leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organization. Collaborate
with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies
and sales enablement materials. Stay informed about industry
regulations and compliance requirements relevant to B2B products.
Conduct trials based on customer requirements and develop products
in collaboration with the entire technology organization. Stay up
to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify
opportunities for innovation and product differentiation. Define
and drive opportunities to enhance the customer experience,
including evolution of Portals and the use of automation or AI/ML
in the delivery and support of their products. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; MA or MBA preferred or equivalent experience
five to seven years’ experience successfully managing high profile
cross-functional products for major Telecommunication company
Minimum seven years’ experience in a product development and UAT
Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDOS prevention, SSE, SASE,
anti-malware, anti-phishing and similar security technologies
Knowledge of Managed Detection and Response service development and
implementation Knowledge of Endpoint security products and
platforms Experience with broadband/cable background and heavily
regulated B2B environment Extensive experience with engineering and
technical architecture for B2B business models Proven experience
with technical product management, sales engineering, and product
development P&L knowledge with a strong track record of growth
and accomplishments/achievements Proven ability to collaborate
across organizations Analytical thinker who uses data to drive
decisions and balances both short and long term needs of customers.

company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in
compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on
a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in
the posted location is $133,661.00 - $219,586.00 / year. The
rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of
hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
