Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to
understand strategic goals and translate them into
technology-enabled solutions. Design end-to-end solution
architectures that align with business needs and IT standards.
Understand the architecture of existing applications(Drupal, Java,
RPA, UIPath, Peoplesoft, Perceptive content or any other ERP
systems) and to see how each application interact with each other.
Managing cross functional programs Evaluate existing systems and
processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Lead
cross-functional teams through the solution design and
implementation phases. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and
aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks. Prepare
documentation including architecture diagrams, solution proposals,
and technical specifications. Support the business development team
by contributing to RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in solution
architecture or business analysis roles. Strong understanding of
enterprise systems, integration strategies, and cloud platforms
(e.g., AWS). Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and
business stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving,
and organizational skills. Familiarity with architectural
frameworks
