Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Principal Rust Engineer, Tech Lead to spearhead innovative projects within our IT & Cybersecurity department. This role involves leading the design and development of secure, high-performance software applications using Rust, contributing towards enhancing our financial infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and maintain our competitive edge in secure software solutions. Develop and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using Rust. Lead and mentor a team of developers; oversee the technical aspects of projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement in software engineering practices within the team.
