The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Fidelity's position in the digital assets market, delivering innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap for digital asset trading platforms. Collaborate with IT and financial teams to integrate cutting-edge technology and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including regulatory bodies, technology partners, and internal teams. Oversee the analysis of market trends to identify new opportunities for product development. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. Exceptional leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive product innovation in a fast-paced environment.
