Requirements The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience
in the following areas: Commercial real estate finance. Real estate
acquisition and disposition. General real estate transactional
experience (Purchase and Sale Agreements, leasing, lease buyouts).
Qualifications Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a
strong academic record. Candidate must be admitted to practice in
the State of New Jersey and State of New York. Demonstrated ability
to work as part of a team and to interact and build relationships
directly with clients. Salary: $190k-$240k, hybrid schedule and
