Must have experience with Relativity and/or Innovative Driven platforms and strong technical skills. Key Responsibilities: eDiscovery Management: Manage vendor relationships and platform access Process, QC, and deliver electronic productions Administer document workspaces and user access Optimize storage to control costs Troubleshoot technical issues Create advanced searches and analytics Provide platform training as needed Claim Management: Manage pre-litigation claims from intake to resolution Draft settlement documents and process payments Coordinate between legal team and stakeholders Maintain case documentation Paralegal Support: Support discovery process and document review Draft discovery requests and responses Review for responsiveness and privilege Create privilege logs and case summaries Requirements: 3 years litigation support or eDiscovery experience Proficiency with Relativity and/or Innovative Driven Strong technical and organizational skills Remote work capability Legal document management experience Interested in hearing more?
