Your Role: Represent clients in insurance liability cases, managing a diverse caseload from inception to resolution. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision. Conduct legal research to build strong case strategies. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates. Navigate cases through the litigation process in compliance with court and client-mandated deadlines. What We’re Looking For: 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Active license to practice law in New Jersey. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal case management software. Interested in hearing more?
