Job Description:
Family Law Attorney – New Jersey GPAC (Growing People and

well-established law firm to identify a skilled Family Law Attorney
for a rewarding career opportunity in New Jersey . This is an

family law. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel on family
law matters including divorce, child custody, support, and
adoption. Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and
settlement agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings,
mediations, and negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research and
case analysis. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support
staff to manage caseloads efficiently. Maintain strong client
relationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
Essential Job Functions: Prepare and organize case files, exhibits,
and documentation. Conduct client consultations and keep clients
informed throughout the legal process. Stay up-to-date with changes
in family law legislation and case law. Demonstrate attention to
detail in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey . 3 years
of experience practicing family law. Strong communication,
analytical, and negotiation skills. A client-focused mindset and
ability to manage sensitive family law issues with professionalism
