Job Description:
SourceProSearch is looking for a highly motivated and
detail-oriented IP Legal Assistant with experience in patent and
trademark prosecution and enforcement. If you are an energetic,
people-person with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking
skills, this full-time hybrid role could be the perfect fit for
you! What You’ll Do: Perform daily case management tasks, including
organizing and maintaining trademark, copyright, and patent
dockets. Conduct factual research to compile infringement evidence
for enforcement on retail platforms, lawsuits, and/or cease &
desist letters. Act as a liaison between the business team and
outside IP counsel, providing critical support and communication.
What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record.
At least 2 years of legal assistant support experience, preferably
in an IP-related role. 2 years of practical work experience,
ideally in a detail-oriented professional office environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Adobe. Advanced
skills in docketing and conducting online research (e.g., Lexis
Nexis, PACER). Experience in online intellectual property
enforcement, including Amazon Brand Registry. Excellent
organizational and communication skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently as well
