Requirements Job description Responsibilities Builds and maintains
trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through
effective communication, integration, and collaboration. Leads
through challenging and ambiguous situations while ensuring
deadlines and objectives are met by effectively prioritizing tasks.
Influences others and leads without authority during complex
situations, fostering collaborative problem-solving and reaching
consensus. Understands clients' facilities and ensures they have
what is needed Aligns and tailors responses to customer needs using
approved company resources and messages. Utilizes internal data and
analytics to understand account performance and identify engagement
opportunities for upselling services. Develops and implements a
coordinated and longitudinal account plan based on account
ecosystem and emerging market trends. Establishes a strategic
approach to accounts in alignment with marketing guidance,

Qualifications 5 years of experience in operations, facilities
management, customer success, or related fields. Proven success in
managing multi-site or national accounts. Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating independently, making
decisions, and driving outcomes. Excellent communication and
relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and project management tools; CMMS/Facilities tech experience
is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related
field preferred (or equivalent experience). Key Traits for Success

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Education
