Job Description CNC Operator Location: 7280 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH 45014 Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Competitive Compensation Are you a skilled CNC Machine Operator looking for a new opportunity? This key role is at the heart of our production, transforming complex blueprints into high-quality, precision metal components. You'll operate state-of-the-art CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) mills and lathes and, just as importantly, serve as our quality expert by conducting meticulous inspections. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, is highly skilled with precision measuring tools (like calipers and micrometers), and is a proactive problem-solver. What You'll Do: \n Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC machines to manufacture precision components. \n Run multi-axis programs for milling, drilling, threading, reaming, and profiling. \n Interpret blueprints and work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail. \n Perform part inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges). \n Collaborate with other machinists and engineers to improve processes and efficiency. \n Maintain a clean, safe work environment with a focus on quality and consistency. \n \n What We're Looking For: \n High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred. \n At least 2-5 years of CNC experience is preferred. \n Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator is preferred. \n Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is required. \n Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools. \n Good with shop math. \n Reliable, team-oriented, and always looking to improve. \n Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. \n Mechanical aptitude. \n Great attitude and attendance. \n \n What We Offer: \n Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family \n Competitive salary \n Bonus programs \n 401K retirement plan \n Training opportunities \n Tuition reimbursement \n Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays \n Gym reimbursements, and more! \n \n Join us and be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your goals!
