About the Role:
The Omni-Channel Planner is responsible for planning and
collaborating with the wholesale team to drive sales and
profitability for the company. As an integral contributor to the
team and brand in a time of rapid growth, your job will be
fast-paced and constantly evolving. You will be part of a highly
dynamic environment working on multiple seasons concurrently To
succeed, you will need strong excel skills, to love working with
data and have a deeply analytical mindset combined with creative
thinking to solve an array of challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Run wholesale selling reports and provide actionable summaries
and analysis of business performance
- Partner with wholesale operations and sales teams to initiate any
inventory transfers needed between warehouses based on business
needs for ecommerce and wholesale channels
- Update the wholesale order template seasonally prior to
market
- Set up and run a monthly open order report for wholesale and work
with the wholesale ops team on upcoming orders and any risks to the
order book based on availability, particularly for department
stores
- Build a strong working relationship with all cross functional
partners particularly the sales team
- Lead the development, management, and enhancement of tools and
processes that support better financial forecasting and
product/material planning
- Provide weekly and monthly insights on business and product
trends, identifying opportunities to maximize risk/reward on
current and planned inventory positions
What You'll Bring:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher
- You are a self-starter capable of operating semi-autonomously but
also collaboratively
- You have strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly
in delivering data-driven insights
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to
work cross-functionally to meet deadlines
- You have 2 + years of relevant experience in planning, financial
analysis, and/or other analytic fields
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you love working on
fast-paced, dynamic teams
- You have intermediate/advanced excel skills and you have an
enthusiasm for all things data
- You are adept at abridging business performance into key
highlights, root cause analysis, and action plans
