Greenwich Hospitality Group, a leading hospitality group
operating boutique-style hotels and restaurants both in and outside
of Connecticut, is seeking a passionate, driven and innovative Chef
de Cuisine to oversee the culinary operations, developments and
vision across the Fairfield County-based GHG restaurants.
This role will support GHG's Executive Chef-Partner to inspire,
develop and adapt seasonally minded menus and concepts that are
creative, evolving and well balanced. The right candidate should be
seasoned in cooking from scratch with farm fresh ingredients.
He/she has a genuine passion for sustainability and maintaining
relationships with the people that grow, raise and produce our
ingredients, making sure their standards are as high as ours.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum 5 years' experience in a
la carte service in a casual/fine dining setting. The candidate is
self-motivated and team-oriented, with a proven ability to lead and
inspire team members to always take the guest experience to the
