Job Description:
Food Runners will assist servers in ensuring that food is picked
up from the line as soon as it is ready and delivered to guests in
timely manner.Major Responsibilities:o Clearing certain items from
tables when appropriateo Clean tables after guests leave the
establishmento Understand restaurant layout in order for food to be
delivered in the correct mannero Communicate with all parts of the
kitchen so food tickets are executed correctlyKnowledge & Skills:o
Expert communication skillso Ability to gain and retain a strong
knowledge of menu itemso Ability to multitask to ensure food is
delivered in adequate time
